Regarding the Condition of the Service Area:
-
Clutter-Free Environment: "For us to provide a thorough and effective poop scooping service, the designated garden or space to be cleaned must be reasonably free of clutter. We cannot be held responsible for any pet waste that is hidden from view or inaccessible due to items such as toys, tools, plant pots, or other obstructions present in the service area. Our staff will not move such items to access hidden waste."
-
Obstructed Waste: "We will make every reasonable effort to locate and remove visible pet waste. However, we cannot be held responsible for any waste that is concealed under snow, leaves, dense vegetation, or other natural or artificial coverings. The removal of waste hidden by such obstructions is not included in our standard service."
-
Movement of Objects: "Our service is strictly limited to the removal of pet waste. Our staff will not move garden furniture, large objects (such as trampolines, barbecues, or statues), or any other substantial items present in the service area."
Regarding Other Types of Waste:
-
Exclusion of Garden Waste: "Please note that our poop scooping service does not include the removal of general garden waste such as leaves, grass clippings, tree branches, or other plant debris. The responsibility for the removal of such waste lies with the customer."
-
Exclusion of Rubbish: "Our service is specifically for the removal of pet waste only. We will not remove general rubbish, including but not limited to crisp packets, wrappers, bottles, or any other non-pet-related waste found in the service area."
Regarding Pet Safety During Service:
-
Pet Supervision: "For the safety of our staff and your pet(s), we kindly request that all dogs be kept indoors or otherwise securely away from the service area while our cleaning is being performed. This ensures a safe and efficient working environment for our team and prevents any potential risks to your animals."
-
Regarding Wet or Runny Pet Waste:
-
Dealing with Difficult Waste: "Following periods of rain or if your dog has particularly runny or liquid stools, we will make our best effort to remove the majority of the waste. However, due to the nature and consistency of such waste, complete removal can be very difficult. Some residue or staining may remain on grass strands, paths, decking, or other surfaces. We will not be held responsible for any such remaining residue after our service."
